The learning part is (hopefully) in the Guild’s research report which I point to. This piece is specifically about the devices, since that wasn’t covered in the piece that’s already been written.

To my opinion it is focussing a lot on technology and less on the learning side. I would put in more specific mobile learning pointers in: identity, context… this would also benefit first time users/interested ones and add to the educational part of this group as well.
nice QRcodes btw :-)

I’ve added a sentence to the end, pointing them to the Guild’s research paper as a next step.

A good and clear overview of mlearning and devices, issues, I think this would be very helpful for anyone who is new to mLearning and a low user of mobile devices. I don’t know if necessary, but it may be useful for some people , at the end of the paper to specify where to go next paragraph or 2, e.g. if they now understand what the different features for example of devices and connectivity, what are good resources/examples which have used some of these featues.
