I had mentioned this in some other posts, that the need of the hour is a learning environment which assimilates varied learning components across formal/informal ways of learning. Again with the ever diminishing gap between learning & working, facilitating the environment with rapid content development methods which provides those 20 min learning bursts faster and cheaper are going to be crucial for todays learners and the learning organization.
