Learners can’t learn without first learning how to learn best in the particular situation. Unfortunately, most employees are left to learn by trial-and-error so that is the only method they have in their arsenal. I believe organizations need to create a culture of learning, where learning by everyone is continuous, measured, reinforced, rewarded, and valued by top management. Organizations need to learn how to learn.
