I would simply change one of your statements to read “it’s not about doing things right, but learning from getting things wrong”. One of the skills we often neglect to model is that of evaluation – we need to learn to fail or we fail to learn. The best designs in the world and inventions have been birthed out of thousands of failed prototypes – we would never develop new ideas and innovations if we expected to succeed the first time!
