If I need product info for a sales demo or help fixing a printer or setting up a new home loan, I can look it up on my mobile device and get the help I need right away.

This help could be a wiki / Intranet page, an instructional video or access to an expert on my problem.

In addition to finding a restaurant or checking the weather you could be finding work-related help on your phone or tablet. Simple as that.

And if I bring my own device to work and login to secure web pages or social networks then the cost to implement is quite low. Just need a bit of modelling to show people how to do it.
