I think you’ve just identified a framework for progression that we’ve all experienced, but I have never seen articulated previously with such clarity.

This also helps clearly illustrate something critical regarding the nature of development and assessment. Most of the approaches used support “know” and some levels of “do” (I think many experience designs to shape the development of someone acquiring skills to do severely limit variables that they would naturally encounter in the workplace).

To me, keeping “Know > Do > Be” will help people in this industry more clearly see when certain experience designs apply or not.

I know this is just the start of a developing concept, but it strongly resonates with me. Thanks for sharing it.
