Great reading and looks at a concept called the training impact player puzzle and refers to Courageous Training Leaders as being a necessary part of the puzzle.. The ‘Courageous’ part refers to the courage required by the Training Leaders to commit to delivering solutions that directly support/align to organisational performance or strategic objectives.

It’s a great resource, provides a whole of organisation approach and provides all tools etc in open source. Toward the end Judith groups ‘interventions’ into about six groups and then breaks them down into 15 families.. It’s quite interesting how few ‘interventions’ require formal learning and even fewer require L&D involvement.
