Also, we need to consistently monitor the performance radar to see if we are on track with different tolls that we have used. The conventional training, job aid and so on will continue to have relevance in reaching very basic objective of bridging fundamental gaps in knowledge and some skills. Performance impacts would be minimum if we do not diagnose and intervene the performance ecosystem.
