I think that coaching is between two people though it does develop one. My separation was what one does on one’s own for personal, reading on one’s own, taking assignments and reflecting, etc. And I took Community Interaction as peer group, but please do elaborate if you distinguish between that and something else. I would propose that Group Coaching would fit in the “social” category, but individual coaching might be more of a personal journey category. Also, I didn’t see anything that would fit the Peer Group framework.
