We seem to be increasingly swimming in an ocean of online ephemera, pumped by someone, somewhere, who’s written some baseline “how-to” hack on writing allegedly great content. It’s amazing to me how little value many organisations place on content – content seems just another item on the tick-list of an antiquated marketing approach that’s completely out of touch with how the world is now.
