I would also suggest that the “Learning Experience Facilitator” role is sometimes needed. While many technology-based learning solutions are self-directed and self-led, there’s still a place for facilitated experiences. (I’m deep into research on the skills needed for this new role, stay tuned and I’ll report back!)
