Tatawan, thanks for the feedback. There is a lot packed in there that I didn’t fully unpack in the description (even in the book!). It’s a condensation of most of the content, and some extrapolation. I admit I’m on a soapbox about going beyond ‘the course’ for L&D, but hoping to make the case and support the transition.

I can tell this is video is just the tip of the iceberg. I don’t fully “get” this model but it’s my lack of understanding. I would want to explore each cell in more detail to better understand each component’s phase and how and indicators of being in those phases. I am very interested in finding better ways to develop & mature IDs and L&D teams.
