If high-quality L&D content (e.g., actively maintained etc.) is exclusively privately-owned, then the upper-bound of potential for these digital infrastructures for user-generated content and applications of AI for system-generated content in transforming L&D will not become realized. will not realize their greatest potential for transforming L&D.

You mentioned: “There was an LMS that actually allowed you to mix things into your paths: so you could interview someone, or read a book, or…other things besides courses. Made sense.” – do you happen to recall the name of that LMS or have any prior articles/Learnlets that discuss it in more detail? Would be interested to learn more. Thank you!
